This is evidenced in the growing trend by governments, councils and organisations to rate the energy efficiency of commercial and residential buildings i.e. Green Star Ratings, BASIX. Hunter Douglas Commercial supports the Green Building Council of Australia and is committed to providing environmentally sustainable and energy efficient solutions such as those listed below.


	Internal Sunscreens Greenscreen™ Generation The introduction of powerful and performing Sunscreens are taking the market by storm with minimalistic form creating thermally efficient and comfortable working environments within many commercial and residential buildings. Hunter Douglas recently launched a new fabric called Greenscreen™ Generation that is not only environmentally sound, but also retains many of the traditional Sunscreen fabric benefits of reducing unwanted glare and light from entering a building.



	Techstyle™ Acoustic Ceilings Techstyle™ is made from 10% recycled content and is 100% recyclable. Techstyle™ does not contain volatile organic compounds (VOCs), preserving indoor air quality (IAQ). Durable panels ensure a long product lifespan.



	Sun Control By intercepting sunlight before it strikes window glass, Hunter Douglas Commercial Sun Louvre Systems dramatically reduce heat gain within a room and, at the same time, eliminate glare. Materials are recyclable and made up of recycled content.



	3form 3form is an exciting, innovative product range that combines eco-friendly materials with contemporary design to encapsulate colour, organic materials, patterns, textures and custom graphic images to translucent resin panels.
