Internal Sunscreens
Optimising the comfort is a delicate balancing act between light and shade. Sunscreens assist to keep internal environments cooler in summer by creating a barrier to the sun’s heat, and provides a level of natural light so you can retain a view to the outside.

Available in both Internal and External applications, Sunscreens can be manually or electrically operated and can be used with remote control systems.

Sunscreens are made from long lasting and durable polymer fabric that requires minimal maintenance. They provide excellent energy savings with temperature regulation of 5-10 degrees celcius depending on the fabric chosen.

Hunter Douglas has launched a new fabric called GREENSCREEN™ Generation that is not only environmentally sound, but also retains many of the traditional Sunscreen fabric benefits of reducing unwanted glare and light from entering a building. Made from 100% polyster yarn which is recyclable and meeting the maximum VOC content compliance criteria of the Green Building Council of Australia, Greenscreen Generation is perfect for the environmentally conscious customer.

Maximum shading and heat control in a Vertical Blind, Roman Shade, Panel Glide and Roller Blind Styles. A linked roller blind system is also available.
